I launch an instance (Ubuntu 12.04/14.04 and centos 7.0 ) on filab but I am
unable to connect or login to the machines.

• I pinged to associated public IP with correct security group (IMCP¨
  0.0.0.0:0): no response (same for SSH)
• From inside the portal I see an action “reset password” on the
  instances but if I try I get an unimplemented error
• I can connect to the VM via VNC display but I get asked a login. Which
  one can I use?
