Description
Dear SOUL-FI coaching,
we are currently in the SOUL-FI Round B1 accelerator with the FLOUD project
(company name: Magenta srl) and we are in the development phase of our
FIWARE based platform for physical analytics of vehicles and pedestrian
flow data.
In a very simplified way our platform is using BigData Cosmos GE for the
analysis of a huge amount of data originating from our computer vision
sensors, building datasets that we push on CKAN GE.
We realised during this phase that an important need of our stakeholders is
to receive data analysis related to historical data, trends, outliers and,
for this reason, we found that neither Cosmos nor CKAN have the
capabilities to store historical data analysis and providing real-time
search and analytics capabilities. For instance a tool like ElasticSearch (
https://www.elastic.co/products/elasticsearch) can do the right job for us.
Our question: is there a FIWARE enabler with this features?
We check also the Context Broker and IoT enablers but they are more useful
with real-time data, not historical data.

Although there’s no specific GE for that, you might find suitable this open source component that we have developed as a complement for Orion:
