          Message from user.
          ========================================
          I've registered with my name to fiware labs. My name is Pawałowski, as you can see it has a Polish letter inside. Now my account name has a ? instead of ł. I guess that not all of the processing was done in utf-8. Taking into account that people with different characters in their names will apply, it shouldn't be this way.
